The rumors about Cillian Murphy’s skill are entirely accurate. Daniel Radcliffe faced an issue with his eye color while being cast as Happy Potter, and if Cillian Murphy‘s goal of portraying Harry Potter in a future film version of the novel comes true, he will too. Harry Potter has green eyes, just like his mother, and when Radcliffe was chosen to play Potter, his blue eyes were an issue for some fans, and even the author, J.K. Rowling. But this was not a major problem as he won them over with his exceptional performance.

If Murphy were to play Harry Potter, he would likely face the same scrutiny as he too has blue eyes. However, he is also a talented actor who is known for his ability to bring characters to life. If he can convincingly portray the character, his eye color may not be as big of a deal to fans as nowadays, most actors use colored contacts for their respective movie roles. Many of his fans and followers are actually looking forward to his cast for the iconic billion-dollar role.

A brand-new live-action Harry Potter series is in production at Max. This time, the franchise will be spreading over ten years and the story will have new characters. J.K. Rowling, the creator of the Harry Potter books, is penning the series and overseen by Warner Bros. Television.

The project is still in the early phases of development and hence there is currently no information available on the release date or the casting of the series. However, it will undoubtedly be a significant occasion for Harry Potter devotees.
